Do you think I'm just a troll trying to take down your company? I genuinely believe you sell a revolutionary product-you're just advertising it dishonestly. It feels weird that you keep asking me, personally, for pictures of my tattoo. I am trying not to think about it as much as I can, knowing laser removal is uncharted territory here. It's not something I'm proud of, and again, had I known how long it could truly last (information that was available to you, but not customers, at the time), I would not have gotten it in the first place. I also, to be honest, am kind of done discussing this. I don't see either of those things happening based on both my previous interactions with the Ephemeral team and the discrepancies between information on Reddit and on Instagram (I don't think changing your wording from "9-15 months" to "about 9-15 months" has made much of a difference in terms of perceptions of your product). ![]() ![]() I also don't really see any value in sharing images directly with Ephemeral (again) as the only incentive for me to do so would be to either A) get my money back or B) see a public disclaimer on Instagram (where you probably reach the most potential customers) and your website about the true fade times for many individuals. However I'm not going to share a photo here because I'm not really interested in potentially doxing myself on Reddit. Hey, I'd like to make it clear that my concerns have not been resolved.
